Shipping Policy

Enjoy free delivery on all prepaid orders, a convenience fee of Rs. 59 will apply on all COD orders. Once your order is confirmed, we will arrange for courier dispatch within 24 working hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays) and send you a notification via email or SMS.

The estimated delivery time is 7-10 working days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery to areas not covered by our courier service may take a minimum of 10 days.

In the event that you receive a damaged item or have a complaint, kindly record an unboxing video to facilitate a smooth return process. To claim any returns or report missing products, uncut video footage of the unboxing process is required.

Please note that shipping charges for international deliveries are to be borne by the customer.
